At our unit in Daws Heath
Paint correction
All paint correction and ceramic coating work is carried out at our unit in Daws Heath. A controlled, well-lit space is essential for machine polishing and coating work, so these jobs are booked into the unit rather than done on your driveway.
Paint Enhancement
Focuses on enhancement of the paint using one pad and one polish combination. This usually is not abrasive enough to remove swirl marks or light scratches. Used on paint that is in good condition and just needs a gloss enhancement, or to remove light marring from a clay bar. This is also the minimum stage needed before applying a ceramic coating.
Two-Stage Correction
For paint with moderate swirl marks and light scratches. Two pads, a compound and a polish. The first step is an abrasive cut with compound to remove the swirls and light scratches. The second step is the same process as Stage 1 to enhance the gloss after cutting.
Heavy Correction
Designed for paint with heavy swirl marks, scratches and other defects. Three different polish and pad combinations, and this can also include spot wet sanding for heavier scratches. It starts with a heavy cutting compound and heavy cutting pad to remove deeper swirls and scratches, followed by the steps of Stage 2 and then Stage 1.
Stage 1 is the minimum level of correction required before any ceramic coating is applied.
Ceramic coating
Long-term protection applied at our unit in Daws Heath. Paintwork coatings run from £150 to £300 depending on durability and vehicle size.
